Yes. Upon completing your purchase you’ll need to email me the full name and email address of the recipient. I will then contact them for the best mailing address to send their workbook to and get them signed up.
No. You are welcome to hire me for coaching or a one-off consultation as an adjunct to your independent learning.
No, there is no community component to this a la carte offering. If you’re interested in having a community to walk this path with I recommend applying for the Feast group intensive.
Yes! If you apply to a future round of Feast and are accepted you will receive a discount code for the value of this self-study purchase, less the cost of the workbook if a new workbook is needed ($365 credit).
The Feast self-study program is not refundable or transferrable.
Feast, both the group intensive and the self-study offering, is not a substitute for the medical and psychological treatment that eating disorders require. If you believe you have an eating disorder I encourage you to seek proper psychological treatment.
No, most of the material is included in your printed workbook with all of the written and audio material provided digitally and easily accessed online. You’ll need a computer but not much expertise.
The group intensive students spend about 3-5 hours each week doing Feast work (reading, writing, listening, practicing) over twelve weeks. With the a la carte curriculum you can go at your own pace but I recommend sticking to that schedule (one week per module with a few breaks) or spending just two weeks per module so that you keep momentum and connection to the material. Feast is meant to be lived and practiced, not just read and heard. In order for real change each student must bring Feast to life.
No, this is a limited time offer. The Self-Guided program will be available for purchase through July 1st, 2017. It may be offered again at some point in the future but not again in 2017. There is never a perfect time in life to embark on a new course and so I hope, if this calls to you, that you jump in with both feet.
